We will maintain equitable compensation for our coaches, equity of opportunity for athletes and equitable coverage for our teams. We will continue to research, develop and implement new policies supporting the ‘She’s Got Game initiative.
 

We commit to:

• Institutional commitment from provost Charlotte Yates ($225,000 donated at 2018 SGG Gala)

• Balanced coverage between women’s and men’s Gryphon varsity sports

• Aim to recruit at least one woman coach on every women’s team

• Gender equity with pay of coaches

• Maintain equitable access of all student-athlete resources such as physical therapy and academic support

• Provide equal opportunity for coaching development

• Provide student-athlete education/training on sexual assault

• Increase recruitment and training of woman Gryphvision employees
